CampuSync is your campus connection to student activities, leadership and involvement opportunities, campus-wide events, and highlights from clubs and organizations and AppState departments. This newsletter is sent weekly every Tuesday to all undergraduate and graduate students to keep you updated on campus happenings. CampuSync is managed and sent by the Office of Campus Activities.

Submissions must meet the guidelines below to be included in the weekly newsletter. The Campus Activities Office reserves the right to approve or not approve a form submission.
- The event or program must be sponsored and/or connected with Appalachian State University. The promotion of outside businesses or entities will not be approved.
- The program or event must be open to the entire student body.
- First priority will be given to campus-wide programs hosted by ASU departments, offices, or university-funded organizations.
- Requests for promotion in the CampuSync Newsletter must be submitted at least one week prior to when you would want your promotion to be emailed (they are sent out to all students each Tuesday by noon).
